On Sunday I turned 30. So I guess I’m a grown up (the comic above is from the awesome xkcd – go check them out). I’ve been thinking about what that means for me, and all the things in my life. There are some things that are essential, that give me love and grounding and purpose. There are other things I’d be happy to let fall away. Then there are challenges that I’d love to take on, big ideas and projects I want to bring into my life.
I think the time to start those things is now.
I want to write more. I want to live mindfully. I’m thinking this blog will help me do both. Please follow along on my adventures – comments and advice all joyfully received.
